Rates

Psychotherapy continued sessions $300 60 min session

Psychotherapy intake $400 per 60 min session

Medication Management/follow up $350 per 30 minute session

Psychiatric Evaluation $450 per 45 minute session

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no show will result in a $40 fee.

Insurance

Currently I am accepting Medicare, Medicaid, Horizon BC/BS, Cigna, UMR, Aetna, Clover Health, Optum, Harvard/Pilgrims, APWU, Magellan, Amerihealth, United Health Care. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. I will provide you with an invoice for services provided that can sent to your insurance for reimbursement. Most insurance will reimburse for in network and out of network benefits depending on your insurance.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept cash, checks, Venmo, PayPal, Cashapp, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged $40 fee.
